“Welcoming and Advanced Schools in Cairo and Assiut Governorates”

Through the project “Welcoming and Advanced Schools in Cairo and Assiut Governorates”, Ataa Fund supports the right of students with disabilities to access equitable and high-quality education by developing an integrated model of inclusive schools in Cairo and Assiut.
The project ensures that inclusion moves beyond a formal procedure to become an effective educational experience based on accessibility and empowerment.

The project targets the preparation of school environments to receive and integrate students with disabilities from Grade 1 of primary school through Grade 3 of preparatory school, through upgrading educational infrastructure, building staff capacities, and providing assistive tools and technologies.
This approach ensures students’ continuity in education and improves learning outcomes.
