He has extensive experience in the fields of financial markets, investment, and governance. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of an asset management and investment company and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Investment Bank, the Comprehensive Health Insurance Authority, and several joint-stock companies. He served as Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority for four years and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Egypt.
Osama Al-Sayed

Osama El Sayed has extensive and distinguished experience that can contribute to the development of the bank's work, as he has more than 20 years of experience in leading transformational change, driving growth, and maximizing profitability in banking institutions. He also served as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Private Banking at the National United Bank in Egypt, Head of the Retail and Digital Banking Group at the Export Development Bank of Egypt, and Senior Vice President and Head of the Retail and Digital Banking Group at ABC Bank in Algeria, as well as ABC Bank Egypt. He has also worked for international institutions such as Barclays Bank - Egypt.
Mohammed Al-Aqabi
Non-Executive Board Member - Representing Nasser Social Bank
Dr. Mohamed El-Aqabi currently serves as Assistant to the Minister of Social Solidarity for Strategic Communication and Media and the Ministry's official spokesperson. He obtained his PhD in 2015 and worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Arts, Helwan University. He participated in preparing a number of studies and research papers for a number of international and local entities, and presented a group of distinguished scientific research papers that were discussed at several scientific conferences.
Ayman Abdel Wahab

Regional President of the International Paralympic for the MENA region since 2001 and the first regional president after the world was divided into seven regions, including the Middle East and North Africa, which includes 22 countries, and for the first time in the history of Special International Olympics this position witnesses the renewal of a regional president for a fifth consecutive term (2016-2020).
Mona Zaki

Consultant of strategic planning, relationship management and international marketing, part-time professor at the School of Business Administration at the American University in Cairo, member of the Culture and Knowledge Council of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology; President of the Soft Power Foundation for Artistic Production, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian-European Council. In 2021, she published her first novel “Kingdom of the Heart”, which was produced for Radio Misr; she holds a doctorate in business administration from Maastricht University in the Netherlands.
Dina Abdel Wahab
Board Member - Independent
Founder and Managing Director of Innovate Education, which specializes in establishing and managing nurseries for children and providing educational consultations for the development of early childhood curricula, teacher training and the development of integration systems for children with disabilities. She holds a BA and Postgraduate Diploma in Political Science specializing in International Development from the American University in Cairo, and a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology and Education from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Hisham Khalifa
Board Member representing the Tahya Misr Fund
Director of the Social Support Program at the Tahya Misr Fund, he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and worked in many development projects at Cairo University with more than one entity, and as a director of a group of diverse initiatives at the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood and civil society institutions. He also held the position of Director of the Economic Empowerment Program and Youth Employment Projects at the Tahya Misr Fund, and he is a member of the National Committee for Debtors, both male and female.
